TEAMS OF 2

ROUND 1

This round consists of multiple choice questions based on fundamental
electronics.

ROUND 2
---------------------------
The contestants must design/debug an electronic circuit within the stipulated time to obtain the specified output. The teams which complete the tasks move to the final round.

ROUND 3
---------------------------
Each member in a team will be given a seperate task which will be switched with the other member after a predefined time. The team which completes the tasks first will be declared winners.In case of tie or no output, performance of teams in the previous rounds is analyzed on the basis of which final decision will be taken.

Team event with each team consisting of 2 members.

The members need not be from the same college.

College ID cards are compulsory.

Use of mobile phones and calculators are strictly prohibited.

All items required will be provided by co-ordinators.

Decision of judges and event co-ordinators will be final and binding to all.

Only individual participation is allowed, with a registration fee of ₹ 75.
The maximum prize money one participant can get is 10K.

Event consist of mainly 3 rounds. *No numerical questions* whatsoever are not present in any format so ever.

Level 1: Preliminary round

Level 2: Buzzer round

Level 3: Hotseat

The hotseat contestants are choosen based on buzzer round.

In final level each contestants are required to go through 13 question.To aid contestents there are 3 lifelines.Each level is time limited.

1-10 time limit is 30s.

11-13 time limit is 2mins

There are 2 safezones.The safezones are assured prize money once crossed

Each team consists of two persons.
There will be two rounds.
First round: General written test based on MATLAB for half an hour. This will be an elimination round
Second round: A timed coding challenge that will test your skills in MATLAB and two teams with the highest points bags the money.
Note:
Mobile phones are not entertained during the competition. You are allowed to use the help option in MATLAB. Judges' decision will be final.

Young Engineer Hunt

The World Is All Ears

The event consists of two rounds. First round will be common for all participants. Second round will be the final round and 6-8 teams will be selected for it. First round will be a basic pen and paper test with science,technology and logical problems. Final round will have multiple stages including quizzing and adaptive tests, especially in the field of electronics and communication.

Also we will be conducting an online test on 8th and 15th January. Top scorers in the test will win a small prize.The scores from this test will not be counted for the final result.

There will be a registration fee of 100 rupees per team.

1. For either rounds; students won't be permitted to use electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators etc.

2. The scores from online test will not be counted for the final result.

3. Only team entries are eligible.

4. A team shall consist of maximum 2 persons.

5. The decision of the judges will be final and will not be subjected to any change.

6. Replacement of any participant of a team is not allowed after registration.

7. Participants must carry a valid identity card of their respective institutions.

8. Only students from classes 8-12 are eligible to attend the event.

DigiQuest

In this competition, participating teams are tested in their knowledge of digital circuit design.
They are given a series of tasks , in hardware and software, which they need to complete in minimum time to win prizes.

A team can have 2-4 members.
2. Use of mobile phones will not be permitted.
3. All components and data sheets will be provided.
4. Decision of the judges will be final. The preliminary round consists of a written test based on fundamental digital electronics.
In the first stage, contestants are required to implement logic in software. ( You will first be taught how to use the software and you can get familiarised with the interface).
4 teams will qualify for the final stage. Here, teams will be given tasks to complete in hardware. The fastest team wins!

Arduino Playground 2.0

Time to test your Arduino skills

A team of two (maximum four) will be given components to build a bot (suitable to carry a catapult). The bot tries to navigate a maze by following directions given to it. It will then be tested on its capacity to throw a ball using the catapult and winners will be decided by how far the ball can get to.

"The competition is divided into three rounds:
ROUND 1: Written Round comprising of basic arduino based questions
ROUND 2: Decode or debug an arduino code.

The event will consist of a single TDM-Bomb consisting of eight rounds with three overtime rounds.The map to be played will determined through map banning.

3.If any player disconnects in the first 30 seconds of the match the game will be rehosted.
4.Use of abusive language will result in disqualification.".
